Digital strategy based on objective data

Salone del Mobile is the international reference point for the furnishing and design sector.

We adopted for them a complete omni-channel approach. The very first phase was the analysis one: we delivered a full report of its digital presence’s state of the art, using several methodologies like web listening, sentiment analysis, SEO analysis and benchmark. Our goal was to determine which were the most effective touchpoints in order to create a solid presence among digital users: a continuous presence, non only based on the month of April, during Milan Design Week.

Coherence and functionality: website and app

The action plan we designed on the first year of this collaboration included the website restyling, as well as the design, development, hosting, and maintenance of the new Salone del Mobile di Milano 2018 App.

These digital channels respect the brand’s image in their tone of voice and look-and-feel. Ticket QR code and business card scans are basic features designed and developed for the new App: as primary goal, it has to facilitate Salone del Mobile trade show’s life, from both visitors and staff’s point of view.

The App is integrated with trade show and ATM’s parking areas: visitors may find a free place even before getting into the area.

Salone del Mobile’s staff finds in app a real support in registering visitors at their entrance. From design and development phase to the new App official launch in 4 weeks: one month. The challenge was to deliver it complete in its innovative features and content, and doing it on time for the trade show opening.
