Thanks to an extensive competitive benchmark we were able to identify Vagheggi's direct and indirect online competitors.
We then defined the needs and behaviors of 5 archetypes of potential audiences, called user personas, and mapped their journeys.
Site paths along the new information architecture were validated through the eayes of Vagheggi's user personas simulations.
The following step of the project was to define and finalize a new user experience and to design the new visual interface.
