Challenge

Vagheggi is a professional phytocosmetics company based in Italy. They asked us to analyze their online ecosystem and redefine the online positioning. The main objective was to evaluate the opportunity to expand their b2c market through online channels.

Outcome

We delivered a deep and detailed research based on a competitive benchmarking study and defined 5 users peronas profiles. Upon these insights we built their new UX/UI system. Finally, we rolled out a digital strategy plan and a technological roadmap for the next 2 years.

The competitive scenario as base of the analysis

Thanks to an extensive competitive benchmark we were able to identify Vagheggi's direct and indirect online competitors.
We then defined the needs and behaviors of 5 archetypes of potential audiences, called user personas, and mapped ther journeys.

Site paths along the new information architecture were validated thorugh the eayes of Vagheggi's user personas simulations.
The following step of the project was to define and finalize a new user experience and a design the new visual interface.
